• Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation.

• Review deliverables and notify LCK Consulting of any concerns within seven (7) business days.

7. Limitation of Liability
LCK Consulting will not be held liable for:

• Losses resulting from the use or misuse of our services.

• Errors due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

• In the event of termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Website Use

10. Governing Law
